- One on one support on use of a wide range of resources including online data bases such as Family Search, as well as websites like Trove.
- Support unpicking DNA results in terms of family history
- Training and information sessions on family history resources such as Trove, Family Tree Maker, Use of DNA in Family research
- Webinars, workshops and film sessions
- Monthly Wednesday gatherings to meet up more informally with other members to discuss latest finds and challenges.
